Returns

We love our art so much since the story behind our brand is a unique and solid we are committed to providing you with the highest quality products. However, we understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations. Here's everything you need to know about returns, exchanges and refunds.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. But we sincerely ask that the product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, contact us at vrtaclothing@gmail.com. We will send you detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return.

N/B: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item has defects or quality issues.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return procedure and place a new order. At this time, we do not handle direct exchanges. However, if you need assistance or advice on finding the perfect size, our team is here to help.

Refunds

Once we have received your return and verified that the product is in its original condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that it may take a few days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on the timing of your financial institution.

Faulty or damaged items

In the event that you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us immediately with details and photos of the item. We will be happy to offer you a quick solution, which may include replacement or full refund, at no additional cost to you.

 

Conditions of non-acceptance

We do not accept returns of items that do not meet the following criteria:

• Worn, washed or damaged items

• Items without the original labels

• Returns requested beyond the 14-day period from delivery

We offer free shipping on orders above $200, regardless of your location.

Shipping times

Once the order is confirmed, we will immediately get to work to prepare your package. The estimated shipping time is 3-6 working days. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as the order is shipped, complete with all the information necessary to track your package.

Order traceability

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code via email that will allow you to monitor the delivery status in real time. You will be able to track your package at every stage of the process, until it arrives directly at your home.

We remind you that orders are processed from Monday to Friday. Orders placed during the weekend or on holidays will be processed from the next business day.

shipping could take up to 2 to 3weeks depending on your location if everything goes right and be aware also that we are cordially going to refund you if it happens you do not recieve your product but before the refund we are strictly going to need a proof that you did not recieve the product you purchased.
